Our client, is a well established boutique Management Consulting firm operating in London. They are seeking a Senior Leader due to growth plans for the business. This position is for a Managing Director.
What is the role?
Responsibilities include managing a Team of Manger & Junior Consultants in the Deals Advisory space on M&A FDD projects for a number of clients in Private Equity and Corporate Deals. The role is within a boutique firm so the opportunity to take more ownership over your own work and have the ability to win the projects that matter to you are available with these positions. Experience of Consulting, Deal Origination & Business Development is essential for this role.

* Experience within a Management Consulting firm of at least 8 years
* Able to deliver on complex FDD M&A Deals liaising directly with C-suite level stakeholders
* Able to demonstrate competent team management skills of management & junior staff
* Have Acted as the SME in Transaction Services & Financial Due Diligence
* Tailor an effective method for each client, using best practice & innovation with stakeholders
* No less than 10 years experience in FDD & TS overall, this is a Senior Executive position.
What are the perks?
* £145,000 base salary
* 50% bonus based on company performance paid throughout the year (Every 4 months)
* Above market 30 days annual leave from day 1
* Hybrid role with 2-3 days office based in central London, but can be flexible
