Leading the Construction & Technology faculty you will provide challenge and support to the three curriculum managers responsible for full and part time provision in Construction Trades, Construction Services, Automotive and our new Bucks Green Energy Skills Hub. These managers lead a team of teachers, technicians and students (adults and 16-18-year-olds).
Lead curriculum managers in innovating curriculum planning, design and delivery leading to exceptional student outcomes and progression.
You will steer the Employer Boards for the areas, ensuring that the curriculum intent, planning, design, and delivery futureproofs our students and the skills needs of the county and beyond. To drive forwards our careers-focused curriculum, delivered through exceptional learning experiences, you will be able to work collaboratively with our well-established partners, such Morgan Sindall, Atkins Realis, Construction Shield, CITB, Daikin, as Quantum Group, Fairhive Homes, Heppelthwaite, Forterra Building Products, Flannery Plant Hire, Association of Brickwork Contractors, Nissan and more!

This is a really exciting time to join the College. We are headlong into our 5-year vision and strategy which includes the development of a vibrant new-build in the heart of High Wycombe. The Construction & Technology faculty is pivotal to our response to the Buckinghamshire Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) with demand high for existing and new provision in the pipeline.

The successful candidate will be a member of the College Leadership Team, report directly to the Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality and will work collaboratively cross-college with a diverse and dedicated team so that our students go 'beyond ambition.'
