We're looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us at Stonehenge Landscape, working in the Wiltshire Landscape team. Working from our offices at Stonehenge Cottages you'll be working 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday) and may occasionally be asked to work at other times. What it's like to work here You'll report to the Stonehenge Landscape Lead Ranger (Grassland Coordinator). The Stonehenge Landscape team care for 840 hectares of the World Heritage Site surrounding the Stonehenge Monument. Stonehenge Landscape is a complex, and very special place covering more than 6,000 years of history. You'll be helping the team to care for some of the most internationally important monuments including the Stonehenge Avenue, Stonehenge Cursus, Durrington Walls and hundreds of barrows, and new discoveries are being made all the time. These monuments are all protected through the recent creation of a species-rich chalk grassland which is creating habitats for rare butterflies, insects and other wildlife. What you'll be doing You'll be supporting the Countryside Team, Project Manager and Archaeologist to help deliver our objectives for the landscape. Known for your outstanding organisational skills and your love for delivering first class support, you'll provide a comprehensive administrative service to this busy team; this complex site has a lot going on and you'll find that no two days are the same. You'll be confident using a variety of IT packages, keeping up to date records related to compliance and administration, diary management, minute taking and liaising with other teams and departments as needed.
