Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
Annual Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per year + a £7,500 joining bonus
Relocation Bonus: Up to £8,000 for eligible candidates

We're opening a brand-new children's assessment home and are looking for an experienced, passionate Registered Manager to join our team and create a safe, supportive, and thriving environment for young people.
About The Role
As a Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You'll be supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager and a team of committed professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a warm and nurturing home where young people feel valued, safe, and supported.
* Lead your team to provide outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people.
* Achieve compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and maintain consistently high standards of care.
* Build, train, and inspire a compassionate and skilled team, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.
* Collaborate with clinical and educational professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators, to deliver an integrated care model.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience: At least 2 years of managing an Ofsted-registered children's home rated 'Good' or above.
* Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children's Residential Services (or equivalent).
* Knowledge: Experience of multidisciplinary meetings and working within an integrated care model.
* Passion: A commitment to ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive and achieve their potential.
* Flexibility: The ability to manage emergency placements and provide support when it's needed most.
