With ambitious growth plans to increase their presence nationwide, they are seeking an innovative and established Digital Marketing Manager to optimize their website and other marketing channels. The Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with maximizing the online commercial performance of the whole organization using a variety of data sources including web analytics data on traffic, conversion, and order value to drive insights, actions, and measurable improvements. You will work closely with the sales and commercial teams to drive the online performance in line with the overall organization's strategy. You will represent eCommerce in relevant internal meetings and will influence and challenge key senior stakeholders through actionable insight to drive improvements to online metrics. In this varied position, your KPIs will be based around the delivery of growth vs budget, engagement rates, click-through rates, etc.
Ensuring your Success
You will possess prior experience working within a standalone Marketing Management position, with total control of online marketing strategy. Demonstrable experience of delivering results vs KPIs is essential. You will be an excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally and bring ideas to life. A self-starter who can work within a team, as well as on their own initiative, is very desirable.

Other than working in one of the UK's largest manufacturers within their own niche, you will be given creative freedom and autonomy in leading, developing, and implementing your own eCommerce Strategy. This role promises development and growth opportunities over time, alongside a strong basic salary around £40k.
