Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans that promote independent living skills, personal resilience, and academic progress. Act as a personal tutor to a small group of students, fostering confidence, independence, and lifelong learning. Work closely with a skilled multi-disciplinary team, including therapists, care professionals, and educational specialists, to support students holistically. Support the college’s mission to continually improve and innovate within specialist education. Candidates with experience in delivering or coordinating Post-16 PSHE are highly desirable, but we welcome applications from all qualified teachers with a passion for SEN education.
