The role involves communicating to parents, students and staff face to face and over the phone. It will also involve using multiple programmes on the computer like Microsoft and SIMs so previous experience using these programmes would be ideal. Within this role you will be providing administrative support for the student office and main reception. Roles will include answering the phone and receiving emails and routing queries to the appropriate place. Job Duties: Attendance Monitoring Organisation of events like school photogrpahs Arrnagements for trip visits Answering parents and students queries Using computer programmes like Microsoft to Record adn Monitor data Required Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths, C or Above Adsministration qualification would be desirable but not essential Education: GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths Experience: Experience working as an administrator is essential, school experience would be advantageous Knowledge and Skills: Resilience Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to to fast-paced and high pressured environment Pro-active and the ability to use your own intiative Proficient using computer programmes including Microsoft Working Conditions: This role is temporary and full-time, but may go permanent for the right candidate.
