Job Position: Facilities/ Property Director, London, Berkshire and Hybrid, Salary: £80-100k
Job Summary:
Our client, a UHNWI family, is recruiting a Facilities/ Property Director, to manage their 'state of the art' residences in UK and Overseas.
This unique role combines hands-on facilities management with strategic property oversight, offering a hybrid work model that includes both on-site and remote responsibilities. The FM/ Property Director will be responsible for managing the entire estate, ensuring that properties and grounds in London and Berkshire are maintained to the highest standards. The immediate focus will be on properties within the UK, requiring regular travel between them to ensure effective management. The property in London is due to undergo extensive renovation and the FM/ Property Director will take a lead on this project.
The candidate should also possess the dexterity to maintain oversight over a growing portfolio of international properties, with occasional international travel necessary to effectively manage their upkeep.
The properties contain the latest BMS, M&E/ HVAC systems/ technology and we require a technically qualified candidate with experience of operating and getting most benefit from the building systems. A deep understanding and enthusiasm for new technologies in building management is essential.
There is also a team of housekeepers, groundsmen and contractors for maintenance and security to manage.
The role would suit an individual who has experience working with a similar UHNWI family or 5/6 star hotel/ establishment.
Some flexibility will be required.
A salary £80k to £100k is offered with corporate benefits package.
