Salary £35k Hours 37.5 per week Based in Kilmarnock Partners for Inclusion Group provides bespoke support for people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, or both. Working closely with families, each person has a person-centred support service design and a team recruited especially for and with them. Each person we support receives their own budget for support, so that they can engage with support that suits them – no two support services are the same. In this way we see ourselves as a unique organisation, one which truly puts the person at the centre of the support. This new role sits within Central Services and reports to Director of Central Services. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing quality assurance processes across different functions within organisation. Working alongside colleagues in Human Resources, Learning and Development and Health and Safety, this role will be critical in continuing to encourage and develop best practice promoting a quality culture and environment of continuous improvement. The intention is to create and maintain a more collaborate, consistent, impactful and productive working environment based on understanding, valuing and respecting all colleagues across the different contributing functions.
