We have a fantastic opportunity for a Process Assurance Lead to join our to Business & Process Architecture team at Sovereign Network Group (SNG). Based from our office in Basingstoke, you'll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance. There may be some travel required with this role to our other offices, so you should be happy to travel and have access to transport. The Role: Reporting into our Business & Process Architecture Manager, you'll work closely with them and the Business Process Delivery Manager to develop and implement a robust process assurance framework and ensure our business processes are aligned with organisational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. You'll work cross-functionally to conduct process reviews, monitor business process compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Ensure business processes are effectively designed, maintained, and compliant Develop, implement, and promote awareness of SNG's process assurance framework. Conduct regular process audits and monitor adherence to internal process management standards as well as assuring the design of processes remain compliant with SNGs controls environment. Ensure training and coordination among key stakeholders to embed process assurance principles. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and addressing process inefficiencies. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business process management and risk mitigation. What We're Looking For: In-depth knowledge and proven ability to develop and embed process and controls assurance frameworks Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM) principles, frameworks, and standards such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma. Experience in process design, improvement, and implementation using process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, ARIS). Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, SOX, ISO 27001). Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and inefficiencies. Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders. Ability to define and track KPIs to measure business process effectiveness. Experience facilitating workshops and working independently with minimal supervision. Experience of transformation programmes and an understanding of change management and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
