Your work in our Tax Advisory team will go beyond the numbers – it’s about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.
Responsibilities
1. Management: Manage the Tax Advisory department and meet the keystone objectives. Take lead responsibility within the Tax Operation Team (TOT).
2. Clients and CRM: Develop relationships with clients, deliver commercial and added value advice without partner input, and lead in the delivery of profitable business through effective management.
3. Leadership: Make timely decisions, support change initiatives, and uphold the values of the firm.
4. Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in all relevant areas of tax.
5. Quality: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and seek opportunities for process improvement.
6. Markets: Promote the firm’s reputation and identify potential client markets.
7. People: Lead and develop teams, manage the department’s talent plan.
8. Operations: Manage delivery of department fee targets and resources.
9. Finance: Manage department's financial performance focusing on budgets and recovery monitoring.
