Are you an experienced purchase ledger professional looking to take on a supervisory role? I'm currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join a forward-thinking company based in Basingstoke.
The Role:
As the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the purchase ledger team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. With a mix of hands-on and leadership responsibilities, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and mentoring the purchase ledger team.
2. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
3. Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries.
4. Reviewing and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
5. Preparing reports for management and ensuring compliance with company policies.
About You:
1. Strong experience in purchase ledger, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
4. Good process improvement experience.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Location:
Based in Basingstoke with hybrid working options (2-3 days in the office per week).
Salary & Benefits:
£32,000 per annum.
