As a Senior Insight Analyst in the Customer & Commercial Insights team, you will play an integral role in driving our business growth through customer, market, and performance insights., The Senior Insight Analyst role is part of the Healthcare Insights team within the broader Customer & Commercial Insights team at Boots. You will support the Healthcare Business Unit and be a key partner for the Pharmacy team, providing strategic insights by leveraging customer and market data. Reporting into Head of Healthcare Insights, you will:
* Key Partner for the Pharmacy Business: Support various functions within the pharmacy team
* Drive Business Performance: Provide insights that integrate customer and market data seamlessly.
* Stakeholder Relationships: Build relationships with key senior stakeholders to advise on the best insight solutions.
* Data Ownership: Ensure the accuracy of pharmacy market data, manage processes, and identify opportunities to streamline usage.
* Team Leadership: Line manage an Insight Analyst, overseeing their workload and supporting their development.
Extensive Background in Insights: Proven experience in generating actionable insights from complex data sets.
* Data Synthesis Experience: Expertise in combining multiple datasets to provide comprehensive insights.
* Storytelling Ability and Data Visualisation: Exceptional skills in presenting data in a compelling and understandable manner
* Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), SQL and PowerBI for data analysis and visualisation.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in data analysis and reporting.
* Experience with Large Data Sets: Proven track record of working with extensive customer or market data to drive business decisions.
* Coaching and Mentoring: Demonstrated expertise in guiding and developing team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Collaboration with Healthcare Experts: Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals to improve and enhance data-driven approaches and methodologies., Knowledge of the Pharmacy Market: Understanding of the dynamics and trends within the pharmacy sector.
* Line Management Experience: Previous experience in managing and developing team members.
* Broader customer/research experience - Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
* Advanced Statistical and Modelling Skills: Proficiency in higher-level statistical techniques and modelling, with a proven ability to apply these methods to complex data sets.
