You will be an experienced Regional Manager with experience as a Responsible Individual ready to take on your next role as a Regional Director or a Regional Director looking for a new challenge.

1. Salary of £80,000 plus £4,800 car allowance per annum

20. Experience of achieving and maintaining ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings
21. Direct knowledge and experience of Ofsted inspections and expectations
22. Minimum of 2 years Regional Manager experience, gained in a residential childcare setting
23. Robust leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the business
24. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to all tasks
25. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities
26. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)
27. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle – national travel is a requirement of this role, with some overnight stays needed
