Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe and efficient direct patient care, handling a variety of emergency cases.
* Demonstrate strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process.
* Advocate for patients and facilitate communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
* Lead patient care conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
* Use clinical and community resources effectively to support patient care.
* Ensure safe and economical use of equipment and supplies.
* Mentor and supervise support staff as needed.
* Assume leadership roles when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
* Registration: Active registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
* Experience: Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department.
* Certifications: Current ACLS, PALS, BLS (AHA certifications required). TNCC certification preferred.
* Skills: Proven expertise in physical assessment and emergency care competencies.
