Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master

Our client is part of a leading Information Intelligence Group, delivering innovative software solutions in a consultative environment. The Defence division forms one of their core business streams, working on critical projects that support the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and related organisations. With exciting new projects launching in 2025, they are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join their growing team.
The Role
As part of our client’s growth strategy, this role focuses on delivering high-priority projects for the MoD. As an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will:
* Lead Projects: Oversee in-flight projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
* Champion Agile: Foster Agile values and principles within the team, leading ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Facilitate Delivery: Clear obstacles, resolve escalations, and create an environment where the team thrives.
* Build Relationships: Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
* Drive Success: Address team dynamics, protect the team from interruptions, and nurture a positive and productive working environment.
This role requires a proactive individual who can balance technical and people-focused responsibilities, delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the work, the role is site-based five days per week.

* Team Leadership: Ability to build and maintain high-performing teams, ensuring productivity and cohesion.
* Clearance Eligibility: The ability to obtain high-level security clearance. Applicants must be British citizens and have lived permanently in the UK for the past five years.
