We are hiring for a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Stafford, VA. The qualified candidate will provide customer support on examining and improving current programs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Provide supply support to include the following: packaging, handling, and arranging transportation of end items and support items (e.g., special tools and equipment, support equipment, and logistics support analysis).
2. Provide support by participating in IPTs and coordinating Management Plans annual updates with the customer.
3. Support by participating in IUID efforts and coordinating IUID Plans' updates with the customer.
4. Assist the customer in updating and analyzing supply and maintenance data using GCSS-MC and associated data systems and tools.
Education and Experience:
1. Education: BS degree in business or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. 5+ years of related progressive professional work experience in program analytics and property management.
3. Must be proficient in MS suite; specifically Excel.
4. GCSS-MC experience is required.
5. Preferred qualifications: Stock List Level 3 (SL-3) for the ACV-P and ACV-C; Supply Instruction (SI) for the ACV-P; Fielding / Disposal Plan; Parts Management Plan; Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plan; GP Management Plan; Provisioning Requirements Statement (PRS); Package, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) Plan; and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Plan.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and stand; reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift or move products and supplies, up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The work environment is typical of a normal indoor office setting.
