What You'll Do
In this exciting and varied role, you will be the face of ENVEA, delivering expertise and support to customers in your allocated region. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building & Assembly – Construct electrical control panels, racks, and products based on technical drawings.
* Electrical Installation – Install wiring, containment systems (trunking, DIN rail, cable tray), and termination of mains, LV, control, and communication wiring.
* Instrumentation & Control – Install and integrate instrumentation, control equipment, and analyser housings.
* Pneumatics – Layout, and fit pneumatic systems within installations.
* On-Site Work – Travel to client sites to install, commission, and trouble shoot systems.
* Testing & Fault-Finding – Ensure all installations are fully functional, resolving defects and snags as needed.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate has:
* Experience in industrial installations, production, or manufacturing.
* Relevant qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
* IT literate with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & schematics.
* Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, panel build, and system integration.
* Proven ability in fault-finding and diagnostics.
* Understanding of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Experience with pneumatic systems.
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Fluent in English
Desirable Certifications:
* IPAF (Powered Access Equipment)
* COMPEX (Hazardous Area Certification) or relevant experience
* CCSNG (Safety Passport Certification)
* Full UK Work Permit
