About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
* In the absence of other management, opening and closing the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
* Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
* Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
* Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge.
* Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
* Ear piercing (full training provided).
* Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications - External
About You
* Some high school education required.
* Minimum of 1 year retail experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Understanding the importance of customer service.
* Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills.
* Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
* Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
* Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and assist customers with merchandise placement.
* Ability to operate POS systems.
