PA to Senior Management - Inverness, UK

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and organise the Senior Management team's diaries effectively.
Take accurate minutes and notes during meetings.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
Field and manage incoming calls to the department.
Provide general administrative support to the Senior Management team.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure departmental efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar PA/EA role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
