Our client, a leading and highly regarded Talent Agency based in London who represent high profile talent across TV, Radio, Film, Social, Publishing and Voiceover projects, require an exceptional Agents Assistant to support both the Agents and Clients across all areas of the business.
You must be highly organised with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills, not fazed by high profile clients and used to working with fast paced and ever changing schedules.
This is an Assistant role and whilst there may be the opportunity for development for the right candidate at some point, we are not looking for someone to step up to an Agents position in the near future.
Hours: Full time 9.30am-6pm with out of hours support when required (wfh on Monday, Office based Tuesday - Thursday)
Location: NW London
Salary: £40k depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Efficient Diary Management including day to day organisation of clients diaries including during filming, scheduling meetings and phone calls for clients and agents.
2. Provide administrative support to the team and responsible for office upkeep.
3. Organising travel within the UK and abroad.
4. One of the key points of contact for the department so excellent communication is essential.
5. Liaising directly with clients showing discretion and confidentiality at all times.
6. Planning, organising and managing social events for external contacts, clients or company away days. These must be managed on an agreed budget.
7. Some office and building management responsibilities.

3. Proactive, a problem solver that can think quickly on their feet.
4. Able to juggle a varied workload in a calm and effective manner.
5. Adaptable, confident, discreet and self-motivated.
6. Attention to detail essential.
7. IT literate, particularly confident with Mac computers and Outlook email.
8. Excellent English, spelling and grammar.
9. Knowledge of the broadcasting industry is desirable.
10. Keen eye for detail, ability to think under pressure, remain calm in situations of contention.
11. Must be able to work in a collaborative way with other staff.
12. A likeable and personable team player with drive, enthusiasm, tenacity and ‘can do’ attitude.
