Location: Ashford, Middlesex, TW15
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus
Full Time and Permanent: Monday to Friday – 45 hours a week
Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends).

They are dynamic in their approach and geared to completing outstanding repairs, by combining the latest techniques and most effective technology with delivering excellent customer service.
They are now looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Technician for their Commercial Bodyshop in Ashford, Middlesex.
About the Job
As a Painter/Prepper, working on commercial vehicles, you will be responsible for:
1. Running our spray booth
2. Checking that the vehicle has been masked and prepared to the required standard
3. Mixing and matching colours
4. Checking the painted job is acceptable to refit
5. Carrying out high volume repairs to the BSI PAS 10125 standards
About You
If you are a highly skilled painter/prepper who consistently overachieves in your role by displaying professionalism, conscientiousness, organisation, commitment to excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and customer focus, then come and work for our client.
Ideal candidates will be ATA or Level 3 qualified in Paint, but our client can also consider Time Served Painters.
You must be able to:
1. Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
2. Work skillfully and safely under pressure
3. Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
4. Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
5. Be flexible in your approach
6. Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
7. Ensure that all tasks carried out follow Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
