The Opportunity
This role is an opportunity to play a vital part in driving financial success across our projects. Working closely with project leaders and corporate teams, you’ll provide financial support and advice throughout the project lifecycle. From ensuring governance and financial processes are followed, to managing invoicing, reporting, and forecasting, you’ll help deliver outstanding results.
You’ll focus on improving working capital, analysing project performance, and providing insights to support key decisions. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you’ll work across teams and build trusted relationships with clients and partners, all while contributing to the growth of Beca’s industry profile. What we will like about you
1. Experience with Oracle Project Management will be highly regarded.
2. You bring a strong background in project and contract management, supported by either a relevant tertiary qualification or extensive industry experience.
3. Ideally, you hold CPA or Chartered status, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
4. Your strong numeracy skills, along with clear and confident written and verbal communication, enable you to deliver insights and engage effectively with stakeholders.
5. Time management is one of your strengths, ensuring you can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
6. You model Beca’s values, maintaining professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
7. You have a proactive approach to personal development, staying current with CPD requirements and seeking opportunities to grow your skills.
