We are looking for a Social Care Lead to provide management and leadership within our current cluster model. You will be qualified to degree level, have an appropriate post-qualifying award such as consolidation module, practice educator stage 1 and/or 2, Best Interest Assessor or equivalent with significant experience and be Social Work England registered. You will have experience of managing, supporting, and supervising teams.
Your main duties will be to provide management oversight and day-to-day supervision and leadership within our adult social care community social care teams. You will expect and maintain high standards of practice, be resident-focused, and promote strength-based working.
