Are you an Administrator or similar with a background in property management or facilities looking to join a specialist facilities management company where no two days are the same, offering a stable role with no weekends and an annual bonus every Christmas?
This well-regarded company with over 30 years of experience manages over £400 million in property assets across various sectors including commercial and residential ranging from Banks, School and Retail premises.
In this role you will be part of a small, dedicated team supporting day-to-day operations and liaising with clients and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with health and safety standards whilst also obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders and invoices.
This role would suit an Administrator or similar with a background in property management or facilities looking to join a multi-million pound, well established and reputable company who prioritise their staff.

Coordinate facilities management tasks
Maintain accurate records and workflows
Liaise with clients and service partners
Support health and safety compliance
Monday - Friday 8:30-5
