Sales Account Executive (Retentions & Upsell)
£25-27,500 basic salary plus commission (£35K OTE)
Warrington (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

We’d love to hear from you! Our client is a dynamic, award-winning consultancy firm based in Warrington. They’re currently looking to expand their sales team with a proactive, enthusiastic Sales Account Executive who can identify new business opportunities with existing customers.
The Job
Your role, working alongside a Sales Account Manager, will involve:
* Establishing and building quality relationships with existing customers
* Focusing on growing your account base and meeting associated revenue growth targets
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and maximise spend amongst existing accounts and ensure contract renewals/retention
* Undertaking a range of telephone calls, emails, networking, campaigns and similar activities
* Responding to sales enquiries and inbound leads
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and reports
The Person
This role would suit a driven and determined telesales, account manager, customer service executive or similar background who enjoys talking to customers and building relationships. The success of the role will be based on knowing your accounts, maintaining regular contact and delivering world-class customer service.
Applicants should also be able to demonstrate:
* Ideally 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
* Good standard of education
* Excellent customer service skills
* Passion and enthusiasm
* Proactive approach to sales

The company offers a starting salary of £25-27,500 with a realistic bonus that will allow you to earn £35K OTE. Hours of work are 35 per week with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home, and 33 days annual holiday entitlement.
