The Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing modular homes that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. You will lead architectural projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the architectural design of modular homes from concept to completion.
2. Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to create innovative and efficient designs.
3. Ensure projects meet sustainability and environmental goals.
4. Oversee planning applications, building regulations, and compliance.
5. Mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and modular construction technologies.
About the benefits / rewards:
The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary between £55,000 - £65,000.
Requirements:
1. A degree in Architecture and relevant industry experience.
2. Chartered status (RIBA/ARB or equivalent) preferred.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing modular construction projects.
4. Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
5. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability standards.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
