Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Actions Business Analyst to join our Issuer Operations Corporate Actions Team within Computershare Investor Services PLC.

A role you will love
Our team's prime responsibility is managing one-off corporate events including takeovers and mergers, corporate restructures, capital raisings, capital distributions and new listings.
The team works with high profile clients providing the solutions required to implement their Corporate Action.
Some key responsibilities:
* Analyse corporate actions projects and determine the technical solution.
* Work through the step-by-step requirements to deliver each corporate action and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
* Carry out testing in advance of each live event including the requirement for dress rehearsals.
* Deliver live corporate actions, performing the necessary system changes, satisfy all stock and cash reconciliation requirements timely and in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
* Manage complex corporate actions meeting all client specific requirements.
* Document the project milestone plan for each and every project detailing live event activities.
What will you bring to the role?
In this role, you are responsible for analysing and making the necessary changes on the share register to ensure that Corporate Events can be delivered in line with the client's expectations and Computershare's regulatory requirements.
Key skills required for the role include:
* Good client communication skills as you will be on calls to provide technical expertise.
* Understanding of nuances in complex jobs and developing workarounds within system capabilities.
* Good understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Flexibility/adaptability as late-night work will be required for events where registry changes are required.
* Strong analytical & organisational skills.
