Guidance Care Ltd is a Residential Children’s Home Care provider based across Lancashire. Our homes provide short to long-term residential placements to support children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
We carefully select the right fit for the right team and home, ensuring that we can provide the best support and outcomes for young people.
Are you passionate about leading positive change in the lives of young people? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker (Team Leader) in our cosy EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home, where you'll be working closely with two fantastic young individuals. We're on the lookout for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and dedicated to providing nurturing care and support while being able to drive and lead the team and home to success!
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment where our young residents can thrive and develop. From assisting with daily routines to engaging in fun activities and providing emotional support, your presence will make a world of difference in their lives.
You will take charge of the shift and ensure the home and team are running efficiently, effectively, and compliantly, whilst putting the young people at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for the standards within the home whilst on shift, and the organisation and delegation of the daily tasks or activities. If you feel you are a strong, capable, and compassionate leader, then we want to hear from you!
Are you ready to make a difference?
