Our client based in Blackburn is looking for a Support Analyst to join their growing team, acting as the first point of contact for their customers. The office is currently in Blackburn but will be relocating to Bolton towards the end of the year.
The role will involve configuring databases, offering training and support to clients, and providing account management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
* Work on a variety of software-related queries.
* Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the support systems.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements.
The following skills and experience will be beneficial for this role:
* Experience and understanding of software platforms with a technical background.
* Basic technical knowledge around software.
* Proven experience in a customer or client-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel to Blackburn and work in the office 3 days per week.
