There is no entry or joining fee for this opportunity as it is not a franchise. Directors can run their own region as an Associate, building a team of Advisors, partners, and clients.
You should have energy and ideas, with strong business development and sales skills. This role is flexible; most Regional Directors work 2-3 days/week alongside their own business. In return, you can help grow the business and share in its future, potentially through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar structure within 5-6 years.
This role resembles a franchise but involves no franchise or annual fees—it's fee sharing. You operate as an Associate, managing your own region. Responsibilities include business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service, with a focus on sales ability.
Job Description
We have over 150 senior Advisors across the UK capable of acting as part-time Operations, Commercial, Managing Directors, or Non-Executive Directors. Regional Directors can also serve as Advisors if desired.
We are seeking Regional Directors in various parts of the UK, especially London, East Midlands, and Scotland.

The company was founded by John G. Courtney, an accomplished entrepreneur recognized on the Top 100 Entrepreneur’s List by City AM. He has received awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018 by techSPARK.
John has over 40 years of experience as a Board Director, with extensive involvement in placing Non-Executive Directors, strategy consulting, and running various businesses including a Management Consultancy and a Digital Agency.
