Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an established deputy manager looking to step into their first registered management role. As a compassionate and experienced care leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our learning disabilities service. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support, tailored to their individual needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registered Manager qualification (RMA)
* Proven experience in leadership roles within healthcare settings
