Community Engagement Manager (North)
Reports to: Head of Community Engagement
Full-time - Monday-Friday, 9-6pm (hours may vary to cover team shift patterns)
Location: North of the UK, Including Northern Ireland (North of Manchester)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 basic
Monthly commission scheme
Monthly car allowance
Business travel paid

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering the monthly and quarterly plans of strong community engagement in our network areas across the south of the UK (North of Manchester, Including Northern Ireland)
* Recruiting, training and developing a team of community engagement officers who drive community engagement in line with company KPIs and targets
* Conducting group in-person training sessions with new starters
* Managing team performance and ensuring lead management and conversion are being met
* Ensuring high levels of community engagement, reflected in quality lead volume across your team and area
* Collaborating with our build team to ensure that the community engagement team are driving a pipeline of leads in upcoming areas only.
* Collaborating with ISP partner sales (digital marketing, field, telesales) teams to ensure leads being driven by the engagement team are converting to sales
* Working with the Southern Community Engagement Manager to ensure consistency in community messaging
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A full UK driving license
* Experience of managing field-based teams against KPI’s and conversions is essential
* Experience of coaching and developing people in customer facing roles is essential
* Telecoms industry experience is preferred but not required.
