Job Description: Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 per hour

Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
* Develop tailored lesson plans based on students' needs
* Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their learning
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant teaching qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students
* Strong organisational skills
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience:
Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Deep understanding of subject matter
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
* Proficient in using educational technology
* Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in relevant field
* Experience working with diverse student populations
* Additional teaching certifications
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours
* Flexible schedule
* Work mainly in educational institutions or online

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
