You'll be providing vital office and project admin support to experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, with full training provided to help you thrive. Responsibilities Professionally answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages. Liaising with project suppliers and maintaining smooth communication. Raising purchase orders and managing invoices efficiently. Proofreading, formatting, and issuing project documents. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and sending invites through Outlook. Ensuring surveyors' files, workspaces, and projects are well-organised. Supporting the office manager with administrative tasks. Taking detailed minutes during meetings and distributing them accordingly Desired Skills A self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills. Someone who takes initiative and has exceptional attention to detail. A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a team environment. Ability to handle a varied workload and perform well under pressure. Confidence in using Microsoft Office packages. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
