Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to students with behavioural challenges
* Develop and implement behaviour management strategies
* Create individualised plans to support students' social and emotional needs
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure consistency in behaviour interventions
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour incidents
Minimum Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, or a related field
* Experience working with students with behavioural difficulties
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
* Understanding of behaviour management techniques
