The Role
This role offers a standard 40-hour working week—significantly fewer hours than many other General Manager positions—with robust team support to ensure a healthy work/life balance. We are looking for experienced managers to join the operating function of the business as General Managers. You will undertake an intensive, one-of-a-kind training program, gaining invaluable experience in people management and venue management through hands-on placements across the company. This comprehensive training program is unique to our sector, and the skills you acquire will be transferable throughout your career.
About You
Team management is at the forefront of the General Manager role. We are seeking candidates who are experienced managers and who enjoy creating a positive work environment where the team is supported and mentored. You should be someone who truly enjoys coming to work every day.
* Previous experience in all areas of management, including people management, financial oversight, and business development
* Relevant experience in a similar multi-site industry (e.g., late-night F&B/hospitality, hotels, retail, and leisure businesses)
* Willingness to work shifts that include nights and weekends on a rota basis
* A passion for creating a culture of outstanding customer service
