Hours: 20 hours per week / term time only may be considered Salary: Medway B1 - £17,073 - £21,878 (£31,586 – £40,476 for a full time equivalent)

What you’ll be doing:
* Developing eye-catching job adverts, recruitment and social media campaigns.
* Working with our senior leaders and leading innovative campaigns to attract top talent.
* Maximising our applicant tracking system (ATS) and producing KPI data to inform recruitment and retention decisions.
* Representing us at events and fairs.
* Implementing and delivering our recruitment and retention plan alongside our HR Team.
