Permanent recruiters, are you seeking a role where you can be homebased or hybrid? Have total autonomy for your desk? Do you reside anywhere in South or West Yorkshire?
Our client is a large boutique agency that has been established since 1999 and has more than 70 branches across the UK. Due to their expansion plans, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Consultant who has experience in the perms market in any professional sector to build the client's perms business in the Yorkshire region. Ideally, this role suits a recruiter within Finance/Accountancy, HR, Oil and Gas, Professional Executive, Executive Search, etc.
The ideal candidate must have a proven background and experience within the recruitment industry and within any perms market, i.e., HR, Oil and Gas, Finance and Accountancy, Professional Executive, Sales, or Marketing. This position is ideal for a proven, billing-driven perms recruiter who has strong skills in business development, winning new business accounts, client management, candidate sourcing, headhunting, and vacancy management.
This is a homebased/hybrid role; however, the successful candidate will ideally reside in the South or West Yorkshire region and will be prepared to spend a couple of days in their nearest branch to attend meetings and network with colleagues.
The successful candidate will be offered a very clear career path, given total autonomy for their perms desk/division, and in the future, will be able to recruit and manage a team of consultants. This is a very exciting role for an ambitious perms recruiter who is ready to become the architect of their own recruitment career and join a large friendly recruiter that treats their staff well and rewards them for their hard work.
If you have experience as a successful billing Perms Recruiter within a professional sector and are now seeking a new role, we want to hear from you. Please forward an up-to-date CV outlining your recruitment career to date, and one of our consultants will contact you within 24 hours to take your application to the next stage.
