An innovative Head Office based in Birmingham are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, Finance Administrator for an 18 month fixed term contract. If you have previous administrative experience, strong excel skills and an interest in finance this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a primarily office based role with some lovely benefits and a salary of up to 25k!
You will enjoy a varied role, you will be primarily responsible for reconciliation of all invoices, accurate reporting as well as other tasks such as;
- Analytics
- Posting daily, weekly & period end transactions
- Responding to queries
- Linking all relevant receipts and records
- Reconciling all invoices, checking for errors, requesting proof from suppliers
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have an interest in working within finance, a degree in finance or economics would be beneficial for this role but not essential. You will be a motivated, proactive individual with excellent IT skills, if this sounds like you, please apply online today!
