Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our continued growth and to develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing key accounts, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and new business development. Your role will be integral in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards Advance Roofing is known for.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and business customers.
Drive sales and revenue growth within the designated region by identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional products and services.
Provide expert advice and support to customers on roofing materials, tools, and installation solutions.
Work closely with the internal sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure Advance Roofing stays ahead of the competition.
Regularly visit clients on-site, building rapport and conducting face-to-face meetings to discuss project requirements and future needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets in line with company objectives.
Holiday: 23 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, ideally within the roofing sector.
An in-depth knowledge of roofing materials and solutions.
Full UK driving license.
