The role:
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for...
* Acting as part of the senior leadership team and driving revenue through strategy, forecasting, mentoring and effective resource allocation
* Allocating revenue targets across the sales management team and taking responsibility for the commercial direction and performance of the UK team/s
* Contribute directly to business growth through identifying, qualifying and closing significant deals
* Mentoring, and leading a sales team of 2 x Sales Managers and indirect reports
* Implementing new sales strategies, processes and best practice. Analysing the success of these using key performance metrics to encourage new logo acquisition
About you:
* Proven success of scaling revenue to past £20m within SaaS/Tech
* Successful track record of implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
* Experience leading management teams within fast paced environments
* Tech savvy with a background in SaaS/Tech
* Intelligent, strategic and an agent of change
The package:
* to £80,000 | £110,000 OTE
* Excellent benefits and brilliant internal culture
* Hybrid - 3x days in their office (Sheffield)
