As the Proactive Intervention Manager, you will be part of the Proactive Property Intervention function of the business. This role will provide effective management of our damp and mould cases, as well as managing our disrepair claims, ensuring a proactive approach is taken to help reduce the number of cases. You will ensure that lessons are learnt from cases which will be incorporated into our policies and procedures.
You’ll need:
* Experience of disrepair and case management
* An understanding of the Fitness For Habitation Act, Housing Law, Landlord and Tenants Act, proposals outlined in Awaabs Law.
* Extensive experience of working inline with the Disrepair Pre-Action Protocol.
* Knowledge of damp and mould and building construction.
* Strong people management
* Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Contract Management experience
* Strong analytical skills, using data to drive improvement across all services of Assets.
* Customer focused, ensuring the customers are at the heart of our decision making
