If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you, as we recruit for a new Customer Engagement Lead.
It’s an exciting time to be joining Irwell Valley Homes, as we finalise our new customer and communities strategies developed in consultation with customers. As we move forward with our plans, we want customer voice to be heard and acted on at each stage.
With increased consumer regulation which highlights and re-enforces the importance of effective and meaningful customer engagement which drives improved outcomes, this role is fundamental in ensuring we meet our commitments as we strive to exceed the expectations of our customers.
We’re looking for those with:
* Knowledge of customer engagement in a social housing or similar public sector service
* Experience of developing and embedding effective customer engagement frameworks and methods
* Previous experience developing and maintaining strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Skills in performance reporting and report writing
