* Have experience managing domiciliary care
* Can motivate and manage, be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients
* Lead, recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring efficient service delivery
* Oversee daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
* Full UK driver’s license, and willingness to work flexibly
Customer Service: Ensure each customer’s care plan is tailored to their needs and preferences, respecting their rights and dignity.
Business Safety & Quality: Maintain service compliance with legal and company policies, conduct audits, manage complaints, and implement quality improvements. Are confident with CQC compliance and leading inspections
Staff Management: Lead, recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a motivated team and efficient service delivery.
Business Growth: Drive business development and growth with the franchise owner, achieving sales and performance targets. Build strong relationships with commissioners and community partners
