They manufacture and supply a range of products to healthcare providers across the UK and internationally. They are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with experience in telesales or a customer facing role with a desire to work in sales. The role will be product and customer focused, campaign driven, challenging and fast paced. Your performance in this role will be to contribute to the top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and service levels and profitability. The Job: The activities of the person will be campaign driven and you will work between Telesales and Telemarketing to build relationships with customers. You will talk to NHS and Non-NHS clients as well as a heavy focus on Care Homes and Hospices. You will be given full support and training to succeed in this role. Day to day Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the Field Sales Team. Qualify potential sales opportunities both over the telephone and via email. Use exceptional telephone skills to gain information and understanding from customers to be able to offer suitable and appropriate products and solutions. Cultivate and develop customer relationships Assess and responding to the needs of each customer or assignment providing relevant solutions Complete weekly outbound call activity goals and agreed targets/KPIs and outcomes. Arrange appointments. Prepare and sending marketing literature Sales Administration and completion of CRM for recording activity and maintain lead database Complete and present monthly reports The Person: Ideally 1 years experience working in a telesales or in a customer facing role with the desire to get into sales Exceptional telephone manner: high standards of professionalism are expected Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; people (customer) focused Sales and negotiation skills Ability to learn about and advise on medical products Proficient computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and using a CRM system Time management and organisational skills, including managing diaries Goal-orientated approach to work Ability to handle multiple priorities Punctual, strong timekeeper and able to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes Confidence and self-motivation Flexible, trustworthy team worker with high levels of attention to detail.
