We are looking for an innovative, assertive and flexible individual, with strong leadership skills to oversee the Planned Care Therapy administration teams within the Community Health & Integrated Care (CHIC) Division. This role will also provide support to Service Managers, General Manager, Heads of Service and Head of Allied Health Professions.
This is a permanent post, 37.5 hours per week, working across areas including Bexhill, Hastings, Rother, Seaford, Hailsham and Eastbourne. The ability to travel independently will be essential.

Main duties involved in this role include:
· To lead the administration staff within the Planned Care Therapies sub-division
· Ensure the timely and responsive processing of referrals and booking management systems within the sub-division, monitoring and providing assurance for both data quality and referral to treatment times.
• To lead project management and process reviews
• To carry out data analysis and solution identification
• Support the team to explore and develop digital innovation and technology to improve patient care and customer service
• To be responsible for the recruitment and selection, supervision, appraisal and training of administration staff within the portfolio
