Electrician Job Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance – Carry out both scheduled and emergency electrical maintenance across commercial properties, including power distribution, fire alarms, lighting systems, and emergency lighting.
Fault Finding & Repairs – Detect and resolve electrical issues promptly, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
Accurate Record Keeping – Maintain detailed records of work completed using an advanced computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
Client Interaction – Collaborate with clients to deliver efficient, high-quality maintenance services tailored to their needs.
Qualifications & Requirements for Electrician:
~17th or 18th Edition Qualification – Essential for electrical installation work.
~ Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services – Previous experience in this field is desirable.
~ Recognised Apprenticeship – SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation required.
~ Full UK Driving Licence – A valid driving licence is necessary for this role.
