Business Support provides specialist administration support to services across the Council. This post will be based across the Early Intervention Panel (EIP) and The Early Help Pathway teams.
We are looking for a motivated apprentice who can provide a range of administrative support, including planning and coordination of meetings, circulating agenda papers and minutes, minute taking and ensuring follow up actions are progressed.
You will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for key areas of Family Intervention with mandatory deadlines and will be working in a busy environment, therefore, excellent organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is essential.
You will need to liaise with a variety of professionals to collect accurately, record, and maintain information on existing databases and systems, so the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with a range of colleagues.
The successful applicant will need to be confident in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
You will work towards the successful completion of a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification, with 20% of the working week being study time.
