Band 4 Audiology Clinical Pathway Navigator
The post-holder will work as part of a team and will provide administrative support to the department and team leader at the Royal Free Hospital Trust.
Main Duties of the Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join the Audiology Service at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, based at either Barnet or Chase Farm Hospital, with the possibility of cross-covering either of these sites depending on service needs. The candidate will oversee the patient pathway from referral to treatment along with being responsible for general administrative duties. This involves the implementation of salient NHS targets, regular contact with patients, and a keen attention to detail.

* RSA 2 or RSA 3 word processing/typing or equivalent experience.

Experience
* Previous experience of administrative work in an office environment.
* Experience of interaction with members of the public in a service capacity.
* Experience working in the National Health Service (NHS).

* Good understanding of general office working procedures.
* Good working knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office packages i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook.

£31,081 to £33,665 a year per annum inclusive of HCAS.
